POSITIONS AVAILABLE INCLUDE   

(please be advised we operate split shifts without set finishing times, when shift manager feels necessary)


  •  Serving Staff - (bar & restaurant come as one job)


  • Kitchen Assistants - (starters, desserts, kitchen upkeep, supporting mains chefs and kitchen porters, the start up preperation and kitchen close down)

  • Mains Chefs - including menu design, griddle work, supplier orders, stock take, kitchen staff delegation, maintaining kitchen morale (excellent staff communication skills absolutely essential!) kitchen start up preparation and close down


  • Kitchen Porters - (pot wash, food preparation, stock runners, kitchen close down procedures)


  • Cleaning Staff - (early morning hours finishing before the pub opens at 12pm)
